The Japanese facility hit the spotlight as an official training venue for the Tokyo Olympics. Extension to Resort: Stage 2 will include an additional 75 resort villas with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom options. Once fully operational, it is estimated that Actventure, Invigorate Resort and PerfectSwell® will support about 320 jobs, with many suited to young people, and offer over 650 car parks.

Ten Toes Brewery

Following the ongoing success of their operations on the original site at Sugar Rd, Alexandra Headland, Ten Toes are expanding to a bigger and better premises on Pittards Rd, North Buderim. The additional venue is proposed to feature dining space, including fully equipped private function room, as well as a dedicated brewing area.

Ocean Street, Maroochydore: 100 units, retail & commercial

The proposed Ocean Street project is approved for 12-storeys at a height of 42m. The ground level offers extensive retail space of 1,022m², with the first level approved for 848m² of commercial office space. Approval is in place for 44 serviced apartments for short-term accom, ranging from two-bedroom units to twin key units that can be rented separately, bringing the total to 60 serviced apartments. Additionally, 66 residential units consisting of two and three-bedroom apartments, are approved for this project. The project proposes a large common area on the top of the podium (level 3) with extensive landscaping and recreational spaces. A rooftop featuring a gym and pool area is also proposed for the use of residents as well as being accessible by the general public. The proposed development would include a minimum of 221 car parks, provided across two basement levels, ground level and level one.
