Ocean Street, Maroochydore

The proposed Ocean Street project is approved for 12-storeys at a height of 42m. The ground level offers extensive retail space of 1,022m², with the first level approved for 848m² of commercial office space.

Approval is in place for 44 serviced apartments for short-term accom, ranging from two-bedroom units to twin key units that can be rented separately, bringing the total to 60 serviced apartments. Additionally, 66 residential units consisting of two and three-bedroom apartments, are approved for this project.

The project proposes a large common area on the top of the podium (level 3) with extensive landscaping and recreational spaces. A rooftop featuring a gym and pool area is also proposed for the use of residents as well as being accessible by the general public.

The proposed development would include a minimum of 221 car parks, provided across two basement levels, ground level and level one.
