Maud St, Maroochydore Material Change of Use to establish a Multiple Dwelling (10 Units) and Shop. The proposed Multiple Dwelling comprises eight x two bedroom units with similar layouts over Levels 2 to 5 and two x three bedroom units over Levels 6 and 7. All units are provided with two bathrooms, a laundry, dedicated clothes drying balcony with fixed screening, as well as private open space balcony extending off the living, kitchen and dining space. Units 9 and 10 are provided with exclusive use of rooftop terrace spaces with the remaining rooftop terrace area being dedicated to communal open space for all residents. Resident car parking for the proposed units will be located within a secure basement, with gated access, with the 40m2 shop tenancy proposed to be placed on the ground floor.

The Esplanade, Maroochydore APPROVED 9 x 3 bedrooms units + office This mixed use development will be delivered over eight (8) levels and includes two (2) levels of basement car parking. The ground level of the development provides the proposed commercial tenancy, as well as a communal open space pool terrace and secure storage facilities for the residential units. Levels 2-8 will comprise 9 residential units, each with 3 bedrooms.

Ocean St, Maroochydore: 42m, 100 residential units, retail & commercial

The proposed project is approved for 12-storeys at a height of 42m. The ground level offers extensive retail space of 1,022m², with the first level approved for 848m² of commercial office space. Approval is in place for 44 serviced apartments for short-term accom, ranging from two-bedroom units to twin key units that can be rented separately, bringing the total to 60 serviced apartments. Additionally, 66 residential units consisting of two and three-bedroom apartments, are approved for this project. The project proposes a large common area on the top of the podium (level 3) with extensive landscaping and recreational spaces. A rooftop featuring a gym and pool area is also proposed for the use of residents as well as being accessible by the general public. The proposed development would include a minimum of 221 car parks, provided across two basement levels, ground level and level one.

This Dual Occupancy consists of two (2), three (3) bedroom dwelling units with each dwelling presenting a unique floor plan and a distinctly individual external façade when viewed from Bluebird Parade.

This Dual Occupancy consists of two (2) three (3) bedroom dwelling units, each with a unique floor layout. The units are constructed over two (2) storeys and include a rooftop terrace.
