The proposal was to facilitate the approval of a Shop (corner store) and ten (10) dwelling units with a height of 8.5 metres, and was bounded by four (4) street
frontages, each with very large road reserves. The ground level of the development included 100m2 GFA of Shop (Corner Store), and Level 1 and Level 2 included five (5) x two (2) bedroom units that varied in size between 83.2m2 – 86.9m2. The development represented a high quality design, which appropriately responded to the character and amenity expected within the area, and provided a positive contribution and improvement to the streetscape.
