Located on 3,000sqm of land, construction of this significant mixed use development provides a seamless integration with Taringa Railway Station. The proposed development will provide space for various medical uses with access to Brisbane’s highest coverage of privately insured patients and rapidly growing western corridor.  The development comprises 12 storeys in total, with 4 basement carparks.  The approved development includes a hospital, health care services, office, food & drink outlet (cafe) , short-term accommodation (motel), shop, child care centre and 6 dwelling units on the top two floors.  It’s elevated positioning on the crest of Taringa, ensures that all floors have a city view.  The application was lodged in December 2015 prior to the Draft Taringa Neighborhood Plan being adopted, with approval granted by Council in August 2016.
