The Markwell Estates II subdivision will transform the old poultry farm into a 28-lot rural residential subdivision. With lot sizes ranging from 3,002m² to 4,072m², the project includes retaining the existing dwellings, constructing a new road for internal access and allowing for two drainage reserves.
