Developed and built by OneLife Property Group this dual-use development is approved for both residential living (multiple dwelling) and short-term accommodation, perfectly situated within the medium density residential zone.

The project features 8 two-storey units, divided into two detached buildings. All units come with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study, open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area.

Designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the development provides 12 residential car parks and 2 visitors car parks. Landscaping enhances the site’s appeal, with greenery along the frontage and within the private open spaces of each unit, creating a peaceful living environment.

The architectural design incorporates high-quality materials for a contemporary look. The façade features a mix of light and dark rendered blockwork, light-toned exterior cladding, and vertical aluminum battens, all topped with Colorbond sheeting. These elements reflect the coastal character of Maroochydore, blending seamlessly with the surroundings.
