The proposed development comprises two (2) uniquely designed dwelling units and has been designed to ensure it presents as a single detached dwelling from the street frontage. The proposed development represents a high quality built form and sympathetic streetscape outcomes for the site. The subject site has an area of 802m2 and a frontage of 17.250m, which was less than the recommended 20m minimum frontage, however the development was designed to ensure the dwelling units and all associated elements (access, parking, setbacks, and private open space) had been designed generally in accordance with the key elements of the applicable planning scheme codes.
