The proposal was subject to a previous Preliminary Approval of Subdivision over the site, which overrides the current Council Planning Scheme. It was proposed to further subdivide the 3 lots (average 1600m²) into 9 smaller lots (534m² average) to allow for further dwelling houses to be developed in the community, which were depicted as Multi-Dwelling Land Uses under the Preliminary Approval.
