Originally established in 2008 as ADAMS Planning, ADAMS SPARKES was formed in 2010 and marks a new chapter in the growth of our business. In this time, the planners at ADAMS SPARKEShave undertaken work throughout Queensland, from Gold Coast City Council to Cairns Regional Council and west to Roma Regional Council. We have also undertaken projects in a number of other states, including New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia. Our planners have acted for both State entities and private developers and have extensive experience in the preparation of development applications on a variety of scales. Our project experience includes electrical infrastructure, residential, commercial, retail, industrial and mixed use developments. 

ADAMS SPARKES is focused on providing a fresh, enthusiastic and professional approach to planning strategies, for both our private and public sector clients. Together with this enthusiasm and our extensive knowledge of Local, State and Commonwealth planning legislation and framework, we aim to provide a service that achieves the best possible planning outcomes for our clients.
